What does a survey cost?
The price depends on the size of your organisation and the set-up – for example whether you want to combine a questionnaire with interviews or add pulse surveys. After a short conversation, we give you a clear quote with no hidden costs.
How long does a survey take?
A typical employee or customer survey goes from kick-off to results presentation in a few weeks. We do most of the work, so the demands on your organisation are small.
How do you handle anonymity and GDPR?
All data is stored within the EU and handled in accordance with GDPR. Responses are reported at group level, with anonymity thresholds in line with ESOMAR. We go through how anonymity thresholds and data handling work before the survey starts.
