Cookie policy

We use as few cookies as possible. This page lists exactly which ones they are, what they do and how to change your choice.

Last updated: 3 August 2026. This is an English version of our Swedish cookie policy; in case of any discrepancy, the Swedish text applies.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to remember your choices, make features work and measure how the site is used.

Under the EU ePrivacy rules, as implemented in the Swedish Electronic Communications Act, we have to tell you which cookies we use and ask for your consent to anything that is not necessary for the site to work.

Which cookies we use

Necessary cookies

These require no consent. The site works before you have made your choice – the cookie below is set only once you have chosen, and exists only so that you are not asked again on every page.

Cookies that require your consent

You choose the categories separately in the cookie banner. Nothing below loads or is set until you have said yes to that particular category, and you can change your mind at any time.

The Google and HubSpot scripts are not loaded at all until you have accepted the corresponding category. Before that, nothing is sent to them – not even your IP address.

Services that set no cookies

  • Vimeo – the film on our Swedish start page plays in do-not-track mode. No cookies are set and no playback statistics are linked to you. Your IP address and browser information do reach Vimeo when the film loads, as with any other request to another server.
  • Fonts – Playfair Display and Lato are hosted on our own server. Nothing is fetched from Google, so your IP address never reaches them when the page loads.

How to change your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings – but then some features, such as the booking calendar, may stop working.
